Program Note

A perennial proverb says to “reap what you sow.” To me, this means our wishes and rewards are part of a great system of interconnectedness and reciprocity. That what you cast out into the world will return to you in some amorphous form. Like a farmer praying for a bountiful harvest after a drought, may our deepest needs and wishes be met in some serendipitous way.
